YOUR DATA

Know where your
work is saved.

This page describes how agency.parts handles browser drafts, private workspaces, and shared plans.

Browser drafts

The builder stores your draft name, objective, and chosen components in this browser's local storage. Drafts are sent to the workspace service only when you choose a cloud save action. Clearing browser data removes local drafts and signs you out; it does not delete saved cloud projects.

Private workspaces

Cloudflare stores workspace names, project manifests, saved versions, share records, and subscription status in the application's database. You can delete individual projects from your workspace; their saved versions and share links are deleted with them.

Your recovery key is shown once at creation. The server stores a one-way hash of the key, not the key itself. Your session uses an essential, secure HTTP-only cookie that expires after 30 days. Signing out invalidates that session. Keep your recovery key private: anyone who has it can access and change your workspace.

Sharing

Creating a share link with Foundry makes the linked project readable by anyone who has the URL. They can view the plan and download its bill of materials. Revoke the link to stop access through it. Share links do not give editing access. Avoid including secrets in a shared objective or project name.

Payments

When billing is available, Stripe hosts checkout and subscription management. Stripe collects payment and billing information on its own pages. agency.parts stores the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and status needed to provide the plan. Card numbers are not submitted to this application.

Service requests

Cloudflare receives standard web request information such as the IP address, URL, and browser headers. The workspace service uses hashed request identifiers and short-lived counters to limit abusive requests. Expired sessions and counters are cleaned up automatically. The site includes no advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts.

Following a project documentation link takes you to that project's site and its own data practices.
